Over the years I became more and more interested in construction and real estate while becoming more involved in his projects. Managing a construction site, helping with the design of a custom home, putting advertising campaigns together to sell the properties, to even managing rentals. In early 2012 I finally decided to become a real estate agent, and in 2015 I completed the most comprehensive course to get a home staging certification. How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot? When I first started in real estate, when it came to listings, I had to figure things out. Most listings were not ready to be sold, they were just not shown readily. I had to hire a stager to explain to my clients what I already knew.
